Our History
    All-One Sales & Service, Inc. was incorporated in
    April 2005 and was brought to existence by closing up
    our prior Agency of Allied Associates, Inc established
    in 1964.  Our Corporate Headquarters is located in Eads,
    Tennessee.  We are a new company, however, the
    individuals associated in our new company bring years
    of sales, service, relationships and management
    experience to the table.

    We have hired individuals and have merged sales representatives from other
    sales organizations to offer a complete team of sales professionals and service
    professionals to exceed the demands in the retail industry.

    In our territory, which consists of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia,
    Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia,
    sales emphasis is placed on a wide variety of markets.  We offer the manufacturer
    the relationships needed to sell through a wide range of distribution channels
    including Hardware Wholesale, Home Centers, Industrial, Automotive,
    Agriculture Grocery & Drug, Discount Chain Retailers, and Lawn & Garden.

    We have the sales experience and expertise to offer excellent customer service
    and complete coverage that you need and deserve to increase market share.
    Significant effort is placed on the service aspect of our business with service to
    Home Centers, Retail Stores and Hardware Dealers.


Our Objective
    We expect to become recognized in the Southeast Territory by our accounts as the
    direct contact for our Manufacturers in both sales and service.  To achieve this we:

    *  Provide resources for a smooth transition for our accounts by providing
       them with one agency to meet all of their needs.
    *  Offer complete regional sales and support staff to accommodate the growth
       in sales that your company is projecting.
    *  Have implemented a strong Dealer Service Network that is standardized
       throughout the Southeast Territory.

    We have established and maintain a strong Store Service Network to grow the
    retail, distributor, hardware, and coop business for our companies.  We continue
    to provide exceptional service to our companies and their customers while
    remaining flexible and committed to continuing to meet industry best practice
    guidelines.

    All-One's team has developed and maintained successful relationships with a
    variety of accounts.  Each team member is strategically located throughout the
    territory to provide the most comprehensive attention to our accounts and their
    dealers.

    Educating and training our team is a vital and on-going process.  All-One
    provides meetings, seminars, webinars and training programs to keep all team
    members on the cutting edge of product knowledge, market trends and selling
    strategies.


Our Technology & Development Resources
    In the age of advanced technology, All-One utilizes sophisticated means to
    maximize the productivity of our team, as well as communication with
    Manufacturers and Customers.  On-line resources provide our team with the
    ability to provide Manufacturers with "real time" updates on store sets, orders
    and correspondence.  Digital cameras are used in conjunction with this method to
    provide photos of products and displays at the retail store level.
