Our  Service Team

    Our Service Division is a team of sales professionals, which also concentrate on
    the service aspect of the retail markets we serve.  We employ individuals located
    throughout our territory that offer our manufacturers the service expertise they
    deserve and need.  We currently offer retail service to Marvin's Stores, the
    Independent Hardware Dealers and Co-op Hardware Members.

    Our functions as a service organization consist of :
    * Monthly sales calls to our retailers
    * Set Displays and Planograms
    * Check Merchandise
    * Restock
    * Merchandise the Product
    * Check for Defective Goods
    * Conduct Product Knowledge Classes
    * Present Drop Ship Programs, Promotions,
       Buybacks & Conversion Programs
    * Write Drop Ship Orders

    We average over 450 store calls per month for Home Centers, Hardware
    Distributors and Co-ops including: Ace, Do-It-Best, Marvin's, Orgill
    True Value, and other regional distributors.

    We equip our entire sales and service team with technology including laptops,
    digital cameras and state of the art software that allow them to provide the
    dealers with product knowledge, full drop ship programs, current promotions
    and planograms.

    We can address special needs or requests by our manufacturers directly for a
    targeted distributor.   Daily we transmit dealer call information back to our
    manufacturers for their use in measuring our efforts and success. The data
    obtained on the call reports is a very useful selling tool for our manufacturers
    when working with the purchasing departments of the Hardware Distributors
    and Hardware Co-op Distributors.
